Full subscription booking opens. Subscription tickets may be purchased
through the university box office only. We regret that subscribers
booking after 17th September cannot be guaranteed the same seat
throughout the season.

General booking opens for all concerts.
NB. Postal bookings can be sent before this date and will be dealt with in order of receipt.
HOW TO BOOK
IN PERSON
The Box Office is at the entrance to the Jack Hylton Music Rooms
– part of the Great Hall complex at the north end of the university.
Opening times are 12 – 4pm Monday to Friday from 3rd September 07.
Payments can be made by cash, cheque, credit or debit cards.

If you ring outside Box Office opening times please leave your name and daytime telephone number and your call will be returned as soon as possible. A charge of 30p to cover postage and packing is made on all postal bookings.
NB: Reserved tickets not collected 30 minutes before the performance on the day of the concert may be resold.

This season you can also buy your tickets on-line 24 hours a day through our web site.
Full details to guide you through the process will be available on the website from 17th September.
Please note: Season tickets and group bookings can not be booked on-line.
BOOK BY POST
Complete the booking form or send full details of your requirements
along with payment. No stamp is needed. A charge of 30p to cover

Subscription Package
The subscription package for this season includes 16 performances and excludes the 2 special webcast concerts on Saturday 9th February and Saturday 8th March which have unreserved seating.
Save 25% on the cost of your tickets by subscribing to the main series concerts and be guaranteed the same seat (subject to availability) for every performance.

Are available for all performances (excluding the performances on 9th February 2008 and 8th March 2008) for senior citizens and the unwaged (on benefit). Children and students in full-time education can buy a Young Persons ticket for just £5.50. Patrons who have disabilities and require assistance are entitled to two tickets for the price of one.
Please provide proof of status when booking concessionary tickets.
Ticket refunds and exchanges
Refunds will not be made unless a performance has been cancelled. Tickets can be exchanged up to 3 working days before a performance.
