WHEN TO BOOK
Subscription Ticket booking opens on Monday 7 September 2009.
Subscription tickets may be purchased through the university box office only. We regret that subscribers booking after 21 September cannot be guaranteed the same seat throughout the season.
General booking opens for all concerts on Monday 21 September.
NB. Postal bookings can be sent before this date and will be dealt with in order of receipt.
HOW TO BOOK
IN PERSON
The Box Office is at the entrance to the Jack Hylton Music Rooms – part
of the Great Hall complex at the north end of the university. Opening
times are 11am – 5pm Monday to Friday from 7 September 2009.
Payments can be made by cash, cheque, credit or debit cards.

Call 01524 594151 (24 hour answerphone).
If you ring outside Box Office opening times please leave your name and daytime telephone number and your call will be returned as soon as possible. A charge of 30p to cover postage and packing is made on all postal bookings.

NB: Season tickets and group bookings can not be booked on-line.

along with payment. No stamp is needed. A charge of 30p to cover

Subscription Package
The subscription package for this season includes all 17 Lancaster performances. Please note that the performances on 29th October, 19th November and 11th March have unreserved seating. This offer does not include the trip to Manchester on 13th February 2010.
Save 25% on the cost of your tickets by subscribing to the main series concerts and be guaranteed the same seat (subject to availability) for performance with a seating plan.
