Education Outreach

With the aim of attracting a new audience to hear live music performed by professional musicians, Lancaster Concerts continues to present interactive workshops and concerts for children throughout the region. Since the launch of our education and outreach programme five years ago, the series has reached over 14,000 young people from the age of three to 18. Performers have visited schools as far afield as Maryport and Skelmersdale, while 1,200 primary children enjoyed a speciallytailored double-bill last season.
